Refund policy

 

At Fruitful we are 100% committed to providing you with the highest quality goods at affordable prices. We pride ourselves in the quality of our customer service and products and are sure you will be as delighted with the quality of the goods you have purchased as we are.
 

Faulty products

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Fruitful.  In the event that any of our products are found to be faulty within 60 days of purchase, once returned these will be either repaired or replaced. In the event that we do not have a replacement item in stock, or if we deem it more appropriate, a refund of the purchase price for the goods (excluding postage) will be offered instead.

In the event that you believe your item is faulty please contact us immediately and within 60 days of purchase. 

Change of mind
Due to health regulations and the personal use nature of products we ask that you choose very carefully, as we unable to refund or exchange products based on change of mind, personal factors or unanticipated results. These items will only be repaired or replaced if found to be have manufacturing faults within 60 days of purchase.
