NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:


Shipping

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible, therefore we do our very best to make sure we send all orders on the day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Your order will be carefully packaged and sent by courier. This is a 1-2 day delivery service for urban addresses and up to three days for rural delivery. Please be aware that whilst these delivery timeframes are our target we cannot guarantee this as courier logistics are outside of our control. 
 

Online Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking link which will enable you to trace the progress of your order as it makes its way from our premises to yours. If you do not appear to have received a shipping notification email please double check in your spam or junk folder and add our email to your safe list.
 
Courier Company

Orders are sent with NZ Post or NZ Couriers in standard courier track packs, with no Fruitful branding or identifying company information attached. Over-sized items and larger orders are sent with PBT also in non-branded plain brown cardboard boxes.
 

Out-of-Stock Items

We do our very best to ensure that our stock levels are kept up-to-date throughout the website. However, from time to time items do fall below our listed stock levels and need to be ordered from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock and needs to be placed on backorder, we will inform you of this and update you on progress along the way. When multiple items have been ordered, some of which are on backorder, we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.
 

Discrete Packaging

All our products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our standard track-packs have no identifying company information, logos, names or marks. You can rest assured no one will know what you have purchased due to our discrete, unidentifiable packaging
 

Loss or Damage During Transit
All items are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged please retain all packaging and contents and contact us immediately. 

If upon checking the tracking information you believe your order has been lost during transit please contact us so that we can lodge a claim with the courier company concerned.
